First Annual World Fairy Festival - Message From The Angels

In conjunction with the upcoming First Annual World Fairy Festival, here is a message from the angels by Doreen Virtue. Remember to mark your diaries and be there!

Clairaudience: Hearing Your Angels' Messages
Monday, 31 March 2008 21:30
By Doreen Virtue

From the angels:

We aren't that difficult to hear if you will listen for us with an open heart. Most of the time, we are closer to you than you can imagine. A whisper, a thought, is the only signal we need from you to get a conversation started. We have enormous respect for what you're going through here on planet Earth at this time. We never seek to interfere with your lives, only to bring you blessings of insights and new ways of looking at yourselves.

Not everyone "hears" angelic voices as an audible sound. Many people receive divine messages through nonverbal means such as visions, feelings, or a knowingness.

Hearing the voice of God and the angels is called "clairaudience," which means "clear hearing." The voice may sound like your own or it may sound different. The voice can emanate from within your body, within your mind, or sound as if it's outside your head. When an angel warned me that my car was about to be stolen, his voice sounded as if he were talking through a paper towel tube just outside my right ear. An hour later, when I found myself in the middle of a car-jacking, the same angel guided my life-saving actions by speaking to me through an inner voice.

While receiving the angel messages in my book, "Angel Therapy," I heard the words both inside and outside my mind. You might hear a faint voice and wonder what it said. In such cases, go ahead and ask your angels to repeat their message. Say to them, "A little louder, please." The angels appreciate your feedback, as they want to deliver clear and understandable guidance.

At first you may believe that the voice is your imagination and wishful thinking. This is especially true when you begin consciously interacting with angels. You think, "This is a fantasy. I wish it were true that angels would help me, but I'm probably doing something wrong and the angels won't notice me."

We heal this type of thinking through faith, trust, and practice. If your faith in angels is uncertain, ask God to help you. Pray, "Please help me to have more faith. I am willing to release all of my fears that keep me from having full faith." The Divine universe always fulfills requests for more faith.

Angelic voices are consistently loving and supportive, even when they warn us of impending dangers or wrong turns. As a psychotherapist, I was trained to believe that hearing voices was a sign of insanity. Yet, the voice of the ego is the only source of "insanity." Ego voice messages are always destructive, abusive, and impulsive. For example, the ego may try to convince you that you'll fail. The ego also changes its mind constantly, so it will tell you to do one thing Monday, another thing Tuesday, and a completely different thing Wednesday. If you listen to the voice of the ego, your life will be chaotic and fear-filled.

Angelic voices, by contrast, patiently repeat the guidance to us day after day until we finally follow it. You may hear your angels tell you for years that you would be a great healer or author, for example. Or your angels may repeatedly ask you to take better care of your body. You know that guidance comes from angels when it is loving, focused, not hurtful to you or your family, and consistent.

Clairaudience is just one of four of the ways we receive angelic assistance, however. Your angels may speak to you in pictures and visual mental images. We call this "clairvoyance" or "clear seeing." Angelic messages may come to you as single snapshot images, either in your mind or outside your mind. Or, you may see miniature scenes, as if from a movie. The images may be black-and-white or full color. Angelic visual messages can be symbolic, such as seeing a stop sign as a signal that you should take a rest, slow, or stop what you are doing.

Intuitively, you might readily understand what the visual images mean. For instance, you might see an image of a trophy and instinctively know this means that success is ahead for you. If you have trouble understanding your angelic visual guidance, be sure to ask for assistance. Ask your angels to clarify their message, and continue asking for clarification until you are completely certain of their meaning.

Sometimes we shut down our angelic channels of communication because of fear. You might see an image of your future that frightens you, and turn off your clairvoyance by shutting the third eye's eyelid. One of my clients shut down her clairvoyance when, as a young girl, she saw a visual image of her parents divorcing in the future. Another client closed her third eye because she foresaw herself having an affair with a married coworker, for she wanted to continue her interactions with him while wearing blinders to the truth. One of my other clients was trying to ignore a steady angelic voice within that counseled, "It's time to look for work at a different place," because she didn't trust God to fulfill her material needs during the job transition.

You might also shut off your clairvoyance if you are afraid of what you might see. As much as you want to see your angels in person, you might harbor a deep-seated fear that seeing a "ghost" would be terrifying. Your angels honor such fears, and you won't see angelic apparitions until you feel confident that such a vision would comfort - not frighten - you.

The third way we receive angelic guidance is through our emotions and physical sensations. We call this, "clairsentience," or "clear feeling." Clairsentients get divine guidance through bodily sensations, such as a tightening of the jaw, fists, stomach or sex organs. They intuitively know the specific meaning of these tightening reactions. A clairsentient feels air pressure and room temperature changes that warn him of negative situations. Each of our five senses has a corresponding spiritual sense. Clairsentients receive angelic guidance through an etheric sense of smell, taste, and touch.

You may know that your beloved deceased grandmother is near when you smell her perfume or favorite flower fragrance. An angel may shower your room with the aroma of orange blossoms to tell you of an impending wedding.

Clairsentients receive a lot of guidance through their intuition, gut feelings, and hunches. Much of our intuition comes from the stomach region, and the stomach flutters, relaxes, and tightens according to the angelic guidance. Instinctively, the clairsentient interprets the meaning of these gut feelings and a wise clairsentient follows these internal directives without hesitation.

Clairsentients get angelic messages through their heart and love emotions as well. If a thought of doing something swells your chest with warm feelings of joy, this is a directive from God and the angels. You may think, "Oh this is too good to be true; I am just dreaming," but the joy that your thought has brought you is a road map leading you to the life you are meant to have.

We call the fourth means of angelic communication "claircognizance" or "clear knowing." Men are frequently claircognizant, and may not even realize they naturally receive detailed and accurate information from God and the angels. You can ask a claircognizant a question on almost any topic in the world. Within minutes, he will give you an accurate answer, completely supported by facts and figures. You might say, "How did you know that?" and he'll answer, "I don't know! A few minutes ago, I didn't know that information."

A claircognizant knows without knowing how he knows. Consequently, he may doubt the validity of his knowingness. This is a mistake, because when divine wisdom enters our minds, it is a gift we can use to improve our lives and to serve the world.

We all have access to all four channels of communication. Usually, we have one primary means of receiving angelic guidance and one secondary or lesser channel of communication. With practice, you can become adept at receiving messages in all four ways. In the beginning of speaking to your angels, though, most people concentrate upon their natural means of communication.

Naturally visually oriented people will want to pay attention to their mental visions. If you tend to focus upon sounds, then listen for inner or outer words, voices, and auditory messages. If you tend to be a touchy-feely type, your emotions and bodily sensations are the instruments that relay divine guidance to you. And if you are intellectually inclined or a person who constantly searches for hidden meanings in situations, then you'll want to monitor your thoughts for those heavenly moments of "knowingness" that bring you certainty in guiding your actions.

Spirituality & Sex

Spiritual Sex: 10 Erotic Commandments
Discover the sacred unity of body and soul when it comes to sex.
by Thomas Moore

People blame philosopher RenĂ© Descartes for the modern idea that spirit and body are two separate and antagonistic entities. I don’t. I think making this division is an age-old trap. It takes work to see clearly that you need your physical senses to be a spiritual person, and that you need a spiritual acceptance of life’s goodness to be profoundly sensual and sexual.

When you finally get body and spirit together—Renaissance writers said you need to be a person of soul to do this—you will discover greater joy in lovemaking. It makes sense: If you are a whole person made up of body, soul, and spirit, when you make love with only your body, you’re getting only one third of the sex. Spirit and soul like sex, too, and they add immensely to the pleasure.

It disturbs me to meet so many people for whom sex and spirituality are completely unrelated—or exist as opposites. For those who were brought up in a world where religious influence was nonexistent or plain ineffective, it may be a novel idea to consider that sex can be spiritual. Others, like me, grew up in a war between spirituality and sensuality. In my loving Catholic family, the word “sex” could stop conversations and make everyone freeze in embarrassment. I spent my teen years as a monk and seminarian. I didn’t have sex until I was in my late twenties.

Yet, despite all of this neurotic baggage, I came to enjoy sex as much as I am captivated by spirituality.

In the monastery, I was taught to see spirituality as part of religion. But my later studies opened up a much larger notion.

I discovered from Renaissance authors that any attempt to transcend yourself can be spiritual. You might learn, think, write, converse— all representing the intellectual side of the spiritual. You might play sports and try hard to reach impossible goals. In a stadium full of adoring, out-of-their-skins spectators, you might make a “miracle” play. Sports can be highly spiritual, to the point where athletes sometimes behave like monks, with their austere lives and diets and schedules. Travel, too, can be a form of spirituality, a way of expanding your world. The most ordinary journey, even just to the other side of town, can be a pilgrimage.

Researching Greek polytheistic religion also had a strong impact on my views on sex. I discovered that people could imagine their god as being extremely erotic, sensual, and even sexy. Aphrodite was a real deity—worshiped, prayed to, revered. In graduate school I studied this goddess closely, noting the way she was presented in sacred art: taking a bath, slowly disrobing, wearing jewelry, holding a mirror to her face.

I also examined images of the gods erect and full of desire. I read that the greatest of all, Zeus, had a 300-year honeymoon with his wife,Hera, and that his orgasm created the many wondrous things of the world—a striking image of the creative power of sex. India has similar images of divine creative eros. Finally, I read the famous Kama Sutra and was surprised to find that it is not all about sexual positions and preparations. It begins by instructing the reader to get two major aspects of life in order: First, find meaning in your existence. What are your personal laws and needs? What are you called to do? What is your dharma? Second, get your home and career on track. Give your life form. Have a philosophy that can guide you, and apply it to your everyday concerns. Only then will you be ready to learn how to make love.

I came away from my studies in religion with the knowledge that it is possible to be intensely spiritual and intensely sexual at the same time. There is no contradiction. More than that, I came to believe that if a person’s sexuality is not fully accepted, his spirituality will suffer. And vice versa: If his spirituality is not strong, his sexuality will be weak.

From all these sources I developed what I will call the ten erotic commandments. Notice that they are not about physical love as an isolated phenomenon. I think of a human being as always, in every instance, made up of body, soul, and spirit. There is no such thing as purely physical love, because we are more than physical. So, be prepared for a broader notion of what sex is all about.

There are practical steps to go with these “commandments.” Realize the importance, men and women, of taking care of your bodies: being clean, smelling nice, dressing well. Pay attention, as well, to what you say, talking with some intelligence and thoughtfulness. Choose the setting and props carefully: good oils, fragrances, linens. Spiritual rituals are always carried out with attention to detail and with beauty. Have an image nearby that captures the union of sex and spirit: a photograph of one of the couples on the Indian temples of Khajuraho or Konorak, for instance, or a picture of blue Krishna with his gopis and his girlfriend Radha.

I have a special love of early Renaissance paintings of the Annunciation, the moment when an angel appears to tell Mary that she is with child by the Holy Spirit. There are hundreds of these paintings, and I always look to see how they depict the spiritual semen, often as a gold stream shooting down from a bird to the uterus of the Virgin. In sex,we make contact with the divine through our partner. The more vision and care that goes into our sexuality, the more it serves as a conduit to the spirit.

Sensuality and spirituality work hand in hand for the benefit of each. You can be so focused on the physical that you have no vision, no ideas, and no values. Everything becomes about the self. But if you have a spiritual life, you are on your way out of narcissism. Nothing is more harmful to good sex than narcissism, which is a neurotic worry about your own value. The only way to deal with narcissism is to love yourself in a calm, unexaggerated way. Spiritual reflection can bring you to that point, and, in fact, spiritual literature is full of advice on how to get the self or ego out of the way. The very attitude that brings you to the pinnacle of spirit is great for your sexuality.

The reverse is also true. If you are a highly sexual and sensual person, your spirituality will be grounded. The greatest danger in the spiritual life is to lose contact with reality. You begin to believe in the most far-fetched things. You think of yourself as better than anyone else, as possessing the one and only truth. Ultimately, you may become too hard on yourself in an effort to be as acceptable and as pure as possible. These are extremes that a good sensual life can tame. (Some people become so negative about the body that they fall victim to anorexia and bulimia, and fascinating studies have been made on the connection between spiritual fasting and eating disorders. I have worked in therapy with people like this and have noticed that their dreams are sometimes full of sensual orgies, telling them, I imagine, where they need to go.)

Spirituality without sensuality tends to be aggressive, even turning mean and punitive. I often contemplate the wonderful painting by Botticelli of Mars and Venus. Most commentators see it as the goddess of love taming the god of war. That painting contains a dynamic that plays out in the hearts and souls of us all. No doubt that there is a close connection between sexual repression and extreme aggression. But even in our more ordinary lives,we might be less depressed and mean-spirited if our spirituality were softened by comfortable and visionary sex.

The more sexual you become, engaging your entire being, the more your sexuality will be a route to the spirit. And when you pursue your spiritual goals in meditation, prayer, and ritual, you should eventually discover the body anew. You will find, as the Sufi teachers often say, that your ultimate lover is God. This is a great mystery, and I don’t mean to be at all disrespectful. But I do think that, in the end, spirituality allows all your experiences— and your entire world—to reveal the intimacy with which the divine presses itself upon you.

THE TEN EROTIC COMMANDMENTS

ETHICS.
The first step in the spiritual life is to move beyond narcissism and self-absorption. This is not a glamorous suggestion, but it is essential: Treat your partner honestly, respectfully, and kindly. It’s as simple as that. Spirituality begins in achieving a basic but difficult aspect of maturity—not being selfish. This doesn’t mean that you don’t take care of yourself and have full satisfaction in your sexual life, but, as the spiritual traditions consistently teach, you can’t be happy if those around you are not happy.

PARTNERSHIP.
Sex is a union of persons, not only bodies. You can prepare for sex by being an interesting person, bringing with you your intelligence, culture, ideas, values, and talents. It’s one thing to make love with a pretty body and another to be intimate with a real person. You can take time to talk to your partner, maybe at dinner before lovemaking. Don’t be afraid to talk about the things that matter. Letting a closely guarded thought emerge can lead to a physical sense of release. If you can’t do this with your dinner partner, then your sex may not be anything special.

VISION.
A spiritual person has a broad vision. He or she is interested in life, meaning, and the world. Vision is an aspect of transcendence and a reach beyond self. Sex usually begins and ends in conversation. Visionary talk, in contrast to mundane and self-centered chatter, can be vital and erotic.

CONTEMPLATION.
Spirituality benefits from some kind of contemplation or meditation, a stepping outside the ordinary reality. Lovemaking can have a contemplative quality—taking time, allowing yourself to be dreamy, giving in not only to passion but also to the timeless atmosphere of sex. Ecstasy, a word often applied to sexual experience, means “to stand outside,” and it doesn’t have to have the swoon factor that people sometimes associate with it. Ecstasy can be a steady, calm progress to a state that is tranquil and otherworldly.

RITUAL.
Sex is as much a ritual as anything done in church or temple. A ritual is an action that speaks primarily to the heart and soul. It doesn’t have much practical meaning. Some people like to justify sex by seeing it as a way to make babies or to express love. Obviously it can do these things, but it can also be a ritual that evokes the spirituality of the relationship, long or short, casual or serious. Therefore, the spiritual quality of sex may increase if you pay attention to its ritual aspect: timing, clothing, music, candles, setting, language.

GENEROSITY.
Sex can be virtuous without being repressive or too clean. The great virtue in sex is generosity, the capacity to offer an abundance of feeling, intelligence, and equality to your partner. This doesn’t mean surrendering completely or giving away too much, but rather a thoughtful and moderate offering of self. Again, this is a traditional spiritual virtue applied to the special realm of sex.

BEAUTY.
Sex has a lot to do with appreciating the beauty of the human body and the person. You don’t have to be a stunner or even pretty or handsome. Fortunately, sexual passion allows us to see the beauty of the body in small elements and gestures. Loving the person also helps, because the beauty of the personality usually gets transferred to the body.

PRAYER.
Prayer takes many forms. Even the monks have said that to work is to pray. You don’t have to say formal prayers before sex, but you can bring to it such an appreciation for its power to express love and to make unions that it becomes a prayer.

DEVOTION.
The ancient Greeks and Romans had a keen awareness of the spirituality in sex, which they personified in the goddesses Aphrodite and Venus. An old story is told of pilgrims going by boat to an island where they could venerate a statue of the naked and seductive Aphrodite. For sex to be deeply exciting and engaging, somehow you have to evoke this goddess, the spirit of sex, who makes things happen. As a muse is to an artist— a real and important source of inspiration—so this spirit is to a couple making love.

COMMUNITY.
Spirituality involves reaching beyond the self. Sex is quite private, but a good sex life can help make a good community. One of the results of good sex is joy, pure and simple, an antidote to the often depressive, cynical tone of modern life, with its tendency to dehumanize and make excessive demands. When people have a joyful, positive outlook, they are capable of community.

Move Out Of FEAR & Into LOVE

Are you stuck in fear?
By Richard D Blackstone
27 Apr 2008 in The Times Of India

How to move out of fear and into love. This is the secret to a happy life. You must use the law of attraction and focus on fear. Easier said than done. Find out how to do it. There are two belief systems to live by. One is fear-based and one is love-based. The secret is to shift out of fear and move into love. Use the law of attraction to your favour by consciously being love. Most religion is fear based because it tells you that you are separate from God. Most spirituality information is love based because it tells you that you are one with God.

We can understand that even though our experience is our best source of what is true for us, we must acknowledge that our experience is influenced to a large degree by our basic belief system. To most people, their belief system is what they believe to be true for them and is not challengeable. Most people have not given much thought, if any, as to what their innermost beliefs are.

The majority of people who believe in the fear-based paradigm of separation also believe that God is a loving God and that this separation of man and God is a divinely orchestrated maneuver by God, who works in strange and mysterious ways his wonders to perform.

Would people consciously choose a fear-based belief system? I am sure that if you polled most people, they would tell you that they would not consciously choose fear to rule their lives. But, you see, they didn’t have any choice about what type of belief system to integrate into their lives. When we entered this physical universe we voluntarily agreed to forget everything we know (which is everything). From birth to age four or five, we are totally dependant on the people who raise us to show us, by example, the belief system that we will use in our lives until we can consciously recognise that we have choice in this matter. For a lot of people, at this point in their physical life evolution, that may never happen. By the time that we, as humans, become cognisant of the fact that we can make choices we are already immersed in the belief system that was put upon us by our most caring and loving support systems.

Our mothers, fathers, family and society all supported this idea that you should go through the formative years of your life, and perhaps all of your life, living within a basic belief system that says you are separate from all people and things in this life, including God. Hey, that is okay. That is what is so. But now you are waking up. Now you absolutely know that you are free to choose all things in life, even something as powerful as your overall belief system.

Now you are aware of the fact that there is another belief system in existence that you are free to choose to live by, if you so desire. What would make you desire to take on this life changing experience of living within a love-based belief system of oneness? You have been told most of your life to take the easy way, even if it turns out to be harder in the end. You know in your heart that the decision to change your belief system will require effort on your part. Is it worth it? The rewards of taking on this challenge must be worth the effort because there are no guarantees. Or are there?

This is life we are talking about here. The process of life doesn't come with guarantees when you live within the fear-based belief of separation. You can live the most virtuous life imaginable but you will still not be guaranteed a spot in heaven.

The only guarantee that fear-based thinking gives you is that you have the opportunity to gain entrance into heaven. You are not guaranteed entrance but you are guaranteed the opportunity. Pretty weak, isn’t it? The love-based paradigm of oneness holds out some very tempting rewards. First of all, you are guaranteed life everlasting. You are eternal, just like God. You are guaranteed the ability to create your life according to your intentions and desires. You are doing that right now but you may not be conscious of that fact.

You are guaranteed heaven because, whether you know it or not, you are in heaven right now. You just can't recognize it because you are unconscious of this fact, and you probably believe heaven to be in some other form than this paradise we call earth. Let's put it this way. You are in heaven if you choose that to be so. You are guaranteed abundance. You already live in abundance but you may not be aware of that fact because you have somehow defined abundance to be measured and defined by the lone criteria of this thing we call money. You are guaranteed inner peace. That reward alone should be enough to motivate people to at least seriously consider thinking about changing their core beliefs from fear to love.

What is Spirituality? Part Two

This is the second of a three-part series on spirituality.

Spirituality of the individual and ways to work with it
April 27, 2008
By y Michael J. Murschel For The Courier News

Spirituality is not dependent on what one's outlook on God or higher consciousness is. Everyone and every organization has a spiritual component. It could be God, working with a sustainable environment, the pursuit of knowledge, or the law and the profits.

Doesn't matter.

In one of its online modules, The Center for Spirituality and Healing at the University of Minnesota describes spirituality as "embracing, celebrating, and voicing all the connections with the ultimate/mystery/divine, within me and beyond me, in experiences that give me meaning, purpose, direction, and values for my daily journey. Spirituality exists in our connection to other humans, our environment and the unfolding universe beyond, and the transcendent."

That's significant because of the close ties the University of Minnesota has with the Mayo Clinic. On the university's Web site, www.csh.umn.edu, studies from the 1990s reveal that "77 percent of outpatients surveyed stated that physicians should address the patient's spiritual needs as part of routine medical care; nearly 80 percent of American adults believe that religion helps patients and families cope with illness; and nearly 75 percent believe that praying for someone else can help them recover from illness or injury."

Studies such as the 2001 report by Jeff Levin, Ph.D., God, Faith, and Health: Exploring the Spirituality-Healing Connection, found that religious or spiritual practices like prayer or meditation are associated with better health outcomes. The Web site also reports that "associations such as the American Nursing Association recommend that providers consider patient spirituality."

To that end, spirituality is more than mere navel gazing. By some accounts, it is imperative to a complete lifestyle.

Delving into spirituality on a personal level can be achieved through several different routes. Many people meditate, and there are many ways to meditate.

Concentration meditation focuses on one object or thought. Mindfulness meditation works on becoming aware of the entire field of attention. Other forms involve motion or dance, such as the whirling of Sufi Dervishes.

Western, or Christian, meditation has many forms. Many are ancient practices. Lectio Divina, "divine reading" or "sacred reading," is the practice of meditating or praying on a portion of Scripture to become open to its deeper meanings. Repeating, mantra-style, a sacred word or name is another way of coming into this exploration.

Others engage in a resurgence of ancient practices such as labyrinth walking or prayer walking to focus on the intentions of God. Much of this rationale, as with most spiritual practices or disciplines, is drawn from early Christian text, such as Monica of Africa who in the Fourth century said, "Nothing is far from God."

Coming to terms with one's spirituality is often a mixed blessing. Things suddenly pop into consciousness that were once dormant. That keeps many at arm's length from ever wanting to go into these places because they are off the personality map that is our security blanket.

For some, this exploration is best carried out with the companioning of a spiritual director, one trained in the art of sacred listening and assisting in the progressive disclosure of the workings of the spirit. Spiritual direction is not counseling or therapy, but rather a time-honored tradition designed to open seekers to conversation with the sacred in their lives, whatever that may be. Once a Roman Catholic practice, spiritual direction is an increasing part of Protestant and Evangelical practice. Although the terminology varies from tradition to tradition, the intent is the same: Holy listening for the word of God.

The styles and methods of spiritual practice are as varied as the faiths of the world. Each brings to it a reality of what spirituality's role means.

Everyone has a spiritual side. Experiencing it on a personal level is the beginning. Discovering the impact it has within organizations, faith-centered and secular, displays its true cultural power. And that is what we will look at in the third part of this series.

New Earth: The Principle of Spiritual Energy Generation

By Owen Waters

As people become more interested in spirituality and how it can change the world and improve their lives, the understanding of spiritual energy becomes a key factor in their growth and development. This article explains the nature of spiritual energy and how it can be used in, for example, distance healing, world healing, or simply for enhancing meditation.

Like the principle of electrical generation, the principle of spiritual energy generation shows how a specific type of energy flow may be generated. In the case of electrical generation, a flow of electricity is created in a certain direction. In the case of spiritual energy generation, a flow of spiritual energy is created in a certain direction.

Spiritual energy is etheric energy conditioned by spiritual intent.

Etheric energy is a primary energy of the universe, while electric energy is a secondary, more dense form of energy. Etheric energy is also known by many other names around the world, including life energy, vital energy, prana, bioenergy, orgone, ki, chi or qi.

For the last 5,000 years in traditional Chinese medicine, the vital pathways of etheric energy in the human body have been balanced using the healing modality of acupuncture. More recently, the electrical genius Nikola Tesla produced vast quantities of etheric energy using, apparently, very high frequency electricity as a method of attracting etheric energy out of the atmosphere. Because its behavior is very different from regular electricity, he referred to it as 'cold electricity.'

Just as the atmosphere is filled with electrons, ready to be channeled through an electric generator, so is it also filled with etheric energy. All energies are supplied and replenished by the Sun, including the mental energy that forms the global mind atmosphere or mind belt around the Earth.

The mind belt is conditioned by the thoughts and emotions of mankind. Each person constantly attracts mental energy, conditions it by their thoughts and actions, and passes it back into the mind belt. Every one of us affects everyone else. A spiritual act - one which expresses unconditional love - by anyone anywhere upon the planet improves the mind belt of the whole planet. A destructive act by anyone anywhere upon the planet degrades the mind belt of the whole planet.

Etheric energy is a more subtle energy than electricity, and a more dense energy than mental energy. However, because of its vibrational proximity to mental energy, it responds readily to
applied mental pressure.

The human mind can, through visualization and intent, attract etheric energy, condition it in any way desired, and then direct it towards any desired objective.

In 1831, at the dawn of the electrical era, visionary scientist Michael Faraday published his discovery of the law of electromagnetic induction. This law, or principle, states that an electric current will be induced in a conductor when it is moved across a magnetic field.

At the time, it seemed like the strangest thing in the world. Moving a conductor forward across a magnetic field would invoke an electrical current sideways in the conductor. This discovery
showed that, with electrical generation, nothing happened in the same direction as anything else. All three directions in space were involved - a metal conductor that ran forward through a magnetic field that ran vertically, producing an electric current that ran sideways. It was truly awe-inspiring to those who saw this phenomenon clearly demonstrated for the first time. This discovery then opened the door to the generation of electricity in large quantities. As the idea was developed, electricity went on to replace steam as the working medium of the Industrial Revolution, and later gave birth to the field of electronics.

Today, the new frontier of discovery is in spiritual energy. Realizing that spiritual energy exists, and understanding how it can be attracted, conditioned and transferred, opens up a whole new realm of possibilities in mankind's use of all types of God-given energies.

Both electric energy and etheric energy respond to pressure. In the case of electrical energy, voltage is the measure of electrical pressure. The more voltage you have available, the more electrical energy you can move through a circuit. In the case of etheric energy, the application of pressure via mental intent is similar to the principle of voltage. The more intense your intent, the more etheric energy you will move toward your intended objective. For example, if you are sending distance healing energy to a friend at another location, the stronger the pressure of your applied intent, the more healing energy you can generate and transfer to them.

There is a key difference between plain, unconditioned, etheric energy and spiritual energy. Spiritual energy is etheric energy conditioned by spiritual intent. In order to achieve the spiritual conditioning of etheric energy and transform it into spiritual energy, the individual's consciousness has to first rise into the frequency range of spiritual consciousness.

In the human heart lies the doorway from material consciousness to spiritual consciousness. As explained in my book, "The Shift: The Revolution in Human Consciousness," there are two levels of heart-centered consciousness, and they resonate at different frequencies. It's a yin and yang
situation. The lower, passive level is heartfelt consciousness, where the person adjusts to the experience of unconditional love. The higher, active level is heart-powered consciousness, where the person puts that heart-centered awareness into action.

The doorway to spiritual consciousness is between those two levels of heart-centered awareness. There are two major tiers of human consciousness, each tier containing six stages. The basic tier has a materialistic focus and ranges from the earliest historical expression of human consciousness, all the way through the evolution of empowered action and achievement, and into heartfelt awareness. In this heartfelt state of consciousness, humans shift from supporting, for example, mindless commercial expansion into an awareness where the environment becomes an important issue.

Humans then progress into the second tier of six stages of human evolution. This is the spiritual tier and, by stepping into it, mankind today is making a quantum leap in awareness. This is the essential nature of The Shift that is transforming today's society. As each human spends more and more time in the spiritual tier, they engage in more and more heart-powered action, changing the world through applied unconditional love.

The average person in Western society today is still in the commercial expansion stage of consciousness, and yet with one foot very much planted in the heartfelt consciousness of ecology issues. Meanwhile, today's pioneers of The Shift are spending more and more time venturing into the spiritual tier of consciousness and, as a result, expanding the awareness of all of humanity.

In conclusion:

The generation of spiritual energy is carried out through spiritual intent applied to the universal supply of etheric energy. The spiritual tier of consciousness begins with heart-powered consciousness and is entered through the doorway of the heart. The degree of intent determines the amount of etheric energy that will be conditioned into spiritual energy. Intent is also used to direct the spiritual energy towards the desired objective, such as distance healing, world healing, or simply for enhancing meditation.

In summary:

The Principle of Spiritual Energy Generation states that spiritual energy is generated by the mental direction of etheric energy, conditioned by spiritual intent.

Introduction to Family Constellations by Dr. Wilfried Nelles

Attended a talk on the Introduction to Family Constellations the other day. Brought along a notepad & started writing once Dr. Wilfried started his talk. The below is almost verbatim of his talk - only the 1st part, I will post the 2nd part of his talk soon. Pretty cool actually & if I have the time, I might consider signing up for one of his 3 days workshop.

Date: 24th April 2008 [8:30pm]

Family Constellations is a new-age, motivational and spiritual practice that was developed in the 1980’s in the West, in particular Germany.

Family Constellations brings about a lot of Asian cultures including the teachings of Confucious and Lao Tzu. It is the awareness and function of a family. In Western cultures, people forget about what a family is because in the last 50 years or so, the western cultures focus on the Individual.

There is no alternative in life but for the progress in the flow of life. There is no turning back the wheel of life. Rapid development causes a tension between the older generation and the younger generation. Feeling of guilt will arise together with sorrow when the younger generation thinks that their parents don’t understand them.

Special family constellation works will give insight into the strain or tension between the two generations and a solution will arise. One focus of family constellation is to harmonize the old and the new. It will however not about going backwards but to move forward without feeling guilty. We can only move forward when we are in peace and when everything is behind us.

In our mind and soul, we are often fighting with the past. For example, when we are fighting with our parents, we often think that certain things should be done differently from what are expected of us. These thoughts and feelings will prevent us from finding inner peace in our lives.

One way for us to overcome this is to Agree with our parents and to say “I’ll take my father or mother as the way he/she is” and “You are perfect the way you are to me” regardless of what kind of person he is. We should agree Not only with our parents but everything in the past including our parents childhood. Only to agree to the past then the past is Over, that we are no longer a burden. Then this sets us Free.

But then, in most of the time, this is not easy to do, i.e. to agree with the past.

We cannot continue disagreeing. We must face the past! We must face our parents! We must face our childhood and all the guilt in our family! We must face our ancestors!

There is pain in our soul when we continue to disagree and we are not aware of pain in our soul. An example in Germany: During the World War II, six million Jews are killed by Germans. In many families, some of the ancestors are responsible for the killings. When the war is over, this information is kept confidential to the world.

People who are responsible for the killings now want to lead a normal, civil life. Some of these people are even loving parents. The children or grandchildren of these people will experience love from them and have no idea on what their parents or grand-parents had done.

But in an unconscious part of the family (or family soul), the information about the holocaust is actually still there. This information will resurface maybe in the children’s dream.

In an actual case study with a patient, a woman had a terrible fear that her two children will die at night. Every night she has to wake up several times to check whether her two children are still alive. During family constellations, it surfaced that her grandfather was responsible for the killings of Jews. This information is still in her unconscious mind although she is not aware of it.

Some horrific information in unconscious mind like the one above is actually responsible for killing our next generations. Where people experiences unexplainable illness, it could at times be related to their past. There is a likelihood of a family ‘case’ behind it.

During family constellations, this can be found and solution will be offered.

The Yin and Yang of Strokes

As Featured On Ezine ArticlesAn original article by Andrew Khor.

I was fascinated by the youtube video of brain researcher Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor. She somehow managed to study her own stroke as it happened. She felt her brain functions slipping away one by one. First speech, movement and then understanding slipped away leaving her totally numbed by the experience.

Eight years later she has fully recovered and is giving talks about her experience. Her video on youtube has to be seen to fully comprehend a disease that strikes fear into the heart of every adult over 40.

As a holistic energy worker, I have a distinct advantage over the average doctor confronted by a stroke. I can rely on a pair of clairvoyant eyes that goes by the name of Selvi Ratnam, a 42 year-old school teacher.

Selvi’s clairvoyant ability began to blossom after her teenage years. She began to literally see things that ordinary people couldn’t. She could see the colourful aura of a human being. To her, everyone appears like the colours of the rainbow. People who are sick would have very dark patches over their organs.

When this ability began to make its appearance, it dawned on Selvi that not everyone could see what she saw and she began to think that something was wrong with her.

Only when she met a Sufi master later on in her life was she aware of her clairvoyant ability.

Somewhere in my study shelves, I have over ten books written by a monk called Lobsang Rampa, a controversial Tibetan who in his last years of his life, was walking around in a white man’s body through an ability known as transmigration.

One of the books was titled, The Third Eye. It is an account of how he endured an operation that opened up his third eye, the occult eye that can see beyond the pair of physical eyes.

When I eventually met Selvi during my healing journey, I was literally jumping with excitement at working with someone who could see beyond the physical human limits and perceive dimensions that was revealed in Lobsang’s books.

My forte was kundalini and chakras and Selvi could see the awakening kundalini and the conditions of the chakras quite easily.

Selvi was introduced to me by Sehkar, a Reiki Master and eventually we began to work together at Paru Amma’s holistic centre in Kajang, Malaysia before going on to Kelang to work as a team for close to five years.

During our aura reading sessions, Selvi would tell me what she saw and I would take notes on an aura chart. Eventually a pattern began to emerge. In most women, Selvi would see grey or darkness on the left side of her body. And she would see the same grey or darkness on the right side of a man’s body.

Darkness in the aura indicates an absence of life force. And usually is the precursor of disease. When a person’s aura is totally dark, disease or death is about to take place.

Yin refers to feminine energy which is more emotional in nature and refers to the left side of the body. And Yang refers to masculine energy which is more aggressive and refers to the right side of the body.

Every male or female has both Yin and Yang aspects. Though of course, we have seen men who are feminine in nature and we have seen females who behaved in a masculine manner.

The more emotionally distressed a woman was, the darker would be the left side of her body. It was the same for the man. If he was emotionally distressed, his left side would be very dark too.

In one particular case, we told one woman client in her early 30s that she had a very dark aura on her left side. And I asked whether she was experiencing any numbness.

Numbness is often one of the early signs of an oncoming stroke. She said that it was just beginning on her hand. I then asked about her emotional history and in the conversation that ensued, she admitted that she was sexually and emotionally abused when she was very young and she was still emotionally traumatized by that incident.

We managed to get her to begin a process known as emotional release and we ended it by asking her to forgive the perpetrator and to forgive herself for feeling guilty. As she did so, she felt a surge of energy moving up her left arm and Selvi could see darkness moving away to be replaced by the colour blue which indicates that health was returning to the arm.

As we continued to work on forgiving herself and her perpetrator, more darkness left her left side and a lovely blue and green aura appeared. By the end of that session, her aura reflected the beautiful colours of the rainbow. And the numbness had gone.

We normally find in our healing sessions that forgiveness is one of the most powerful healing tools available to us. Through the process of sincere forgiveness, surges of energy in the form of white light takes place allowing the affected part of the body to regain its normal life-force. This explains how the numbness or absence of life-force, went away.

The lady client was told that continuing to forgive the perpetrator was important. If she went back to the emotional spiral of pain and victimization, she would revert to her old pain body which would eventually result in darkness in her left or yin side of her body. Eventually, that would result in a stroke.

On the other hand, when Selvi sees someone who is very stressed out, who is always in a rush to get things done, or worried over business deadlines, or about the future, their aura on the right or yang side would be very dark - irrespective of whether that person is male or female.

It is quite common for most businessmen to have this kind of aura though the typical woman CEO or high achiever is also affected as well. Stress doesn’t discriminate between genders. Both men and women are equally affected and succumb to stress.

In these type of cases, besides the emotional release process, we often advise these Type A ambitious personalities to take a break or to change their profession or to be more realistic about their goals. Being alive and healthy is preferable to being stressed out and a prime candidate for a stroke waiting to happen.

At the end of the day most corporate types are beginning to reassess their life goals and purpose. Chasing promotion or millions by living life in the fast lane cannot compensate for the debilitation of a stroke. There’s an old saying, we ruin our health by chasing after money. Then we spend all that money to regain the health that we ruined.

So listen. Take time out, try and live as balanced a life as possible. Focus on the little things in life – listen to the sound of running water. Go bowling. Take up tai chi. Paint. Listen to music. Smile. Laugh. Play with your children. Plant flowers. Love yourself and love everyone. And you’ll end up healthier and happier.

Stop Feeling Guilty And Find Divinity

Drop guilt and become divine!
By Parammahamsa Sri Nithyananda

Society thrives when it is controlled. Spirituality on the other hand blossoms in freedom. When we live in a society, we follow its laws to help society to function smoothly. It is not human nature to follow laws. Even when we live in the society we are always breaking laws. We are looking for ways to break free.

Freedom is our true nature. We are totally and completely free from everything that binds us. Understand this, when we express this freedom, with the choices that we make we enter the spiritual path.

Society, however, finds a way to control us. It lays out many laws. We follow some of them when we are young. We are trained to do that. There is a danger in this. When we accept the laws of the society in our mind without any understanding, we create a deep wound in our being. We destroy our intelligence. We have begun to destroy what we are born with, our gift, our birthright.

Rules and regulations are only superficial. Our concepts of morality, at best, are narrow and shallow. Look at them with awareness. Our logic, our rules, our morality and society are only skin deep. They are just skin deep! Look deeper, farther beyond everything that changes and is superficial.

Our morality, like our concepts, keeps changing. Consider this idea called sin. In some religions, people believe that they are born sinners. They live their life, their entire life in fear of committing another sin and guilt. All that happens is that religious leaders have another tool to control people through the idea of sin and guilt.

Understand this! There is only one sin. Be clear about the original sin any human being can commit. The original and the only sin is ignorance. The ignorance of not realising the truth that we too are divine is the original sin. The depth of this ignorance guides every act in our life.

Awake from the ignorance! Be aware of this ignorance. Divinity is present within each being. Divinity is eternally present in each one of us. Our true nature is to be blissful.

To convert this into a belief that we are sinners and that we need to live in eternal guilt and sin is the principal sin of all times. This process wounds our being.

Society and religion condition us so that we are unable to honour and cherish the belief that each of us is a divine being. We are unable to experience the gifts that Existence showers upon us.

Drop the guilt of being in sin. Experience and express your inner divinity.

EFT: Sehkar does a great impersonation of MGR

Article written and posted by Andrew Khor

Sehkar does a great impersonation of MGR at EFT class

For all of you young people out there who are completely ignorant of Tamil Indian movies, MGR was a famous Indian actor who used to make grown Indian women swoon. With a handle bar moustache his highly visible trademark, MGR romanced the leading actresses of his day.

Master Sehkar, minus the handlebar moustache facilitated an EFT class two Saturdays ago. If you take a close look and visualize a handle bar moustache, he looks amazingly like MGR. Whether he has the same hypnotic effect on women is I suppose open to debate. Over a jug of beer though, the truth may be dislodged more willingly.

On that Saturday though, Master Sehkar, a very close friend and healing companion, used his eloquent skills to conduct a class on EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique for a small group of students at Khoracle.

EFT is like acupuncture, only this time, instead of using needles, you use your fingers on the important meridian points. I too attended since I had heard so much about it but had never learned the skill.

And it was a very interesting session. I had no idea it was so simple to learn and apply. The morning breezed rather quickly for the group as the demonstrations were so simple even a six year-old could do it.

In the group, we had eleven year-old Natasha. And she was annoyed with Dad for not buying her ice cream one day. So the group worked on Natasha’s annoyance at her Dad for not buying ice cream.

Sehkar shared an interesting observation. Natasha’s annoyance with her Dad for not buying her ice cream may just be the tip of the emotional iceberg.

There may be more anger brewing beneath the surface based on previous confrontations hidden away in the subconscious.

But, by applying the EFT technique, Sehkar said, we were not just clearing the tree but also the forest. That was important to know as the subconscious retained a lot of suppressed anger. And as we all know suppressed anger eventually leads to emotional dysfunction and illnesses.

As we moved on, I volunteered a healing problem for the entire group. I had received a request from some friends in the Philippines to help a colleague called Joyce who had been hospitalised for a week due to an airborne virus.

The group most graciously agreed to work together on Joyce and Sehkar taught us the method to heal Joyce from a distance. Joey from the Philippines text’d us the next day to thank all of us for the distance healing and said that Joyce was improving.

I went to the website of Gary Craig, the modern day founder of Emotional Freedom Technique and I was amazed at the healing possibilities. With EFT, you can stop addictions like smoking and anorexia. You can help to manage serious illnesses. You can treat uncontrollable fears, depressions, traumas as well as sexual issues. You can improve your mental and physical performance in learning and physical education. Just type Gary Craig EFT and you will get to his website immediately.

Sehkar will be conducting a hands-on EFT workshops once every two months at Khoracle and if anyone is interested, please call Letchumi at 03 80606970 or email us at khoracle@gmail to register for the next workshop. I will try and persuade Sehkar to grow a handlebar moustache. That might make the older ladies in our workshops pay more attention. Hmmm, then again, they might not.

Shower of Blessings for my Mum

This is a report on Shower of Blessings for my Mum
by Andrew Khor
16th April 2008

As I said in one of my earlier post, my mum is suffering from lung cancer. I have only mentioned it briefly to Andrew and the great people at Khoracle the other day. With compassion in his eyes, Andrew requested that I bring my mum to Khoracle immediately. I still remembered the day when I brought my mum there. I was even surprised that my mum was willing to come along since she was pretty skeptical about "magic" and "miracles". I can't blame her since she has been through so much trauma fighting this dreadful disease.
Anyway, she was greeted with so much love by Andrew, Annie, Hanny, Teo & the rest of the lovely people at Khoracle. Annie put her at ease immediately & even brought out a pail of warm salt-water for mummy to soak her feet in. Mummy was really relaxed when Andrew started his shower of blessings. Anyway, here's the report: [read my closing comments at the end of this post]

------------------------------------------

Loo Lien Ying is a 64 year old grandmother who is undergoing treatment for a serious disease and was persuaded to come for Vibhhuti blessings. This is what happened.

Receiver: Loo Lien Ying
Facilitator: Andrew Khor
Clairvoyant: Hanny Ahmad

Hanny:

An old man in saffron robes is standing next to Andrew. He has an assistant, a little girl with white curly hair holding a basket of flowers.

Andrew begins to rub his fingers above Loo’s head. I can see dark brown dust falling onto the head. I also see white flowers like daisies, green herbs and green dust and I can smell the presence of the forest.

They are all going to mainly the left side of her chest. As they enter her chest I can see darkness leaving. Lots more green herbs go to her chest and a lot more darkness is leaving again. This happens for a while.

The black side of the chest is now changing colour. I can see blue and now green.

The colour green is circling her chest and green is now covering most of the left side which was black previously.

(Andrew continues to sprinkle vibhutti.)

I now see a star of david, two interlocking triangles above her head and the colour gold now is going down to her forehead and spinning very fast.

Now the whole head is covered with purple, violet and white. Further down her higher heart is turning pink.

I can see a string of yellow around Andrew’s hands and it begins to spin on her face. As the yellow spins, I now see it changing to blue, purple, white and her face is now glowing with these colours.

I see a soft of golden sacred symbols on her head – looks very much like some ancient writing and it is entering her body. Her aura begins to expand. There’s lots of yellow around her now. And around that yellow is another layer of white.

Her chest is now green. More flowers drop on her. I now see more yellow.

More flowers again – jasmine, roses, yellow flowers, leaves, herbs, lavender, and now water is dropping on her. Her auric field becomes green; her left turns yellow and her right becomes blue. Now more green expands on her chest.

Golden dust is being sprinkled on her now and I can smell sandalwood. Her aura has expanded two feet around her. She has green on her left; yellow around her head; blue and white on her right and white and purple on her crown.

Her aura is getting brighter and there is no more darkness in her chest.

• See picture of sacred symbols going into Loo’s head. Drawn by Clairvoyant Hanny Ahmad.

Andrew received a message for Loo. Take aloe vera with turmeric and serai. Mix with rock sugar, dilute and drink everyday.

Note, Loo went home with the healing options kit - a crystal with healing symbols from Andrew, a Crystal Bowl CD and a bottle of Ocean Rich Sea Minerals.

-------------------------------------------------------

2nd Shower of Blessings for Loo Lien Ying
21st April 2008

Receiver: Loo Lien Ying
Facilitator: Andrew Khor
Clairvoyant: Annie Foo

Andrew begins to sprinkle (invisible) vibhutti on Loo.

Annie:

Light blue emerges from Andrew’s hands and goes down to the sacral chakra (womb area). The colour spreads to include the spleen.

A circular yellow light like the sun goes down to the solar plexus region and moves to the liver. I see a green coloured star also going to the heart chakra. As this happens purple also appears on both hands.

Now I see green, yellow, purple and pink and blue strips of light on her and her lower chakras appear to be clear.

Dark blue light emerges and goes to her throat and I see dark specks leaving her throat.

The crown chakra now has white, slight purple and orange. And dark energy that was stuck around her head is now moving away and her aura is much brighter.

Rays of sunlight are now flowing into her aura and one side appears purple and the other – yellowish.

Andrew invokes Angel Reiki and her aura becomes light yellow.

Andrew invokes Angel Reiki Level 2 and her aura becomes purple and yellow.

Andrew invokes Angel Reiki Level 3 and her aura becomes purple, yellow and orange.

A presence makes itself felt – it appears to be an image of Mother Tara.

Mother Tara communicates with Annie mentally and tells her that here is a lot of sadness in this woman.

There is a need to let go. Everyday say I forgive
--------------------------------------------------
When Andrew emailed me this report, he left it to my decision on whether I want to post this report. Well, without thinking too long, I knew I wanted to post this report.
Note my disclaimer. I never intended to say the Shower of Blessings is a cure for cancer.
What I wanted to share is the therapeutic effect it had on my mum. My mum have difficulties sleeping. On both occasions, she slept really, really well. Her body became stronger and she was livelier. She was coughing for the past three weeks prior to her 1st Shower of Blessings. I took her to various doctors but she never got better. However, after the 1st Shower & together with her medication, she recovered in two days. She stopped coughing completely.
Cleansing of her aura made her physical body and soul 'pure'. When this happens, her body can respond to her medication and makes her better. Sometimes, too much trauma and negativity can make our body unconsciously reject medication in our body. That's my two cents worth from observation. I welcome more comments on this.

Warning: We Are Beginning To Feel Each Other's Emotions

As Featured On Ezine ArticlesAn original article by Andrew Khor.

Someone called me a few days ago. She had come to see Selvi the clairvoyant and I for a reading and so she knows what energy work is all about.

Lately she said that when she goes to crowded places she feels very ill or very tired. Or sometimes suffer from headaches. And she doesn't know why.

After asking a few questions about her health and she's normal, I told her that she was becoming clairsentient.

Being clairsentient means that you can feel the vibrations or emotions of another person or place.

Let's say you are walking around a shopping complex. Depending on your level of clairsentience you will feel the group emotional energy of the place.

Most people have very scattered thoughts and emotions all at the same time. We call this the monkey mind.

Put a thousand such people in the same location and if you are sensitive enough, you will be able to pick up the tangled cluster of emotions.
Since most of us are walking around emotionally hurt one way of another, a sensitive person will pick up on these disturbing emotions. And it will affect the sensitive person.

She may feel sick or depressed but she doesn't know why.

Here is another example which we are all familiar with. You enter a room full of strangers and gradually you feel attracted to certain people but repulsed by some.

Or you're standing next to someone and suddenly you feel some pain or discomfort in your heart or your head. Well, you are picking up on that person's pain.

We once had a young girl referred to us. From the age of 14 she used to suffer pain and discomfort whenever she was in crowded places.

The parents quickly sent her to a doctor. But the doctor could not find anything wrong with her. Prescribed some Panadol and sent her home. For the next 5 years this girl would have these painful experiences but no doctors could find anything wrong with her.

Fed-up the parents took her to see faith healers. None of them could find a permanent solution for her - till she met us.

We took one look at her and told her that her kundalini had spontaneously awakened.

So that was the problem. In various cases of spontaneous kundalini awakening, the person becomes extra sensitive to people and places.
If she stands next to someone with severe relationship problems or physical problems, her kundalini will make her chakras pick up on those emotions and she will then feel the discomfort on her body.

So we told her what was going on and taught her how to detach emotionally from people and places.

As we enter the spiritual age or Age of Aquarius, more and more people on the planet are going to experience spontaneous kundalini awakening, whether they are spiritually prepared or not.

You can go to Spiritual Emergency Network on the Net to read about all the cases of spontaneous kundalini awakening.
Kundalini is Sanskrit for the divine feminine spiritual life force, or you could say the YIN aspect of your Godhood.

So if you are clairsentient or extremely sensitive to places what do you do?

At the location itself, you mentally say I detach, detach detach from all these emotions.

Then say I forgive everyone, I forgive myself as often as you can until the feeling of depression, anger or headaches go away.

When you get home, take a salt bath. That is a very old remedy for getting rid of unwanted emotions that are attached to your body.

So what on earth is happening? Well being sensitive or clairsentient is something that we are all born with.

Some of us are more sensitive and some are less. An awakened kundalini makes you very sensitive to others.

The idea of clairsentience is not new. It is just that when we open our hearts through any spiritual practice we begin to feel MORE. We begin to feel other people's emotions.

We begin to sense other people's feelings through the heart. If you turn to the chapter on Corinthian in the Bible, you will read about the gifts of the Holy Spirit. And in truth, clairsentience is one of those gifts.
When you can feel another person's emotions on your body, you are beginning to experience ONENESS. The concept of oneness is no longer just something that is talked about. It is something that you can now experience.

When that happens, you then begin to exercise compassion for another person. We may have our own unique personality and ego but beyond that the experience of clairsentience tells us that we are all God's children.

The old saying then comes to mind. Treat others the way you want to be treated. And if everyone does that, well.....when someone is in joy that you too will feel that joy within yourself. If someone is in anger, you will feel that anger. What do you choose?

Me, I choose good old fashion UNCONDITIONAL LOVE everytime. That way if someone is feeling happy, and my being clairsentient and all that, I will also feel joy and happiness.

And make no mistake; more and more people are going to become spontaneously clairsentient on this planet.

Managing Your Anger Consciously

How to Manage your Anger?
By Marge C. Enriquez

When Nancy returned from a business trip, her partner Joseph confessed that he'd slept with nine women in her three-week absence. Fuming, she punched him in the stomach.

It didn't change his misbehavior. In fact, it got worse. Joseph hid his affairs better and chased women half his age.

Ric would be harsh on his son each time the child misbehaved or failed to follow instructions. Ric insisted that his form of "discipline" was effective.

He didn't realize that the boy had become emotionally incapacitated. The boy vented his suppressed pain by joining bad company and indulging in vices.

This theater director yelled and hurled expletives at his actors, believing that anger would motivate the cast. The atmosphere was always tense, and the people could not work creatively.
A millionaire lost all his wealth due to bad investments and hard luck. He sold everything to pay his debts. One day, a friend dropped by the businessman's house which had been emptied. There was a smile on the man's face. "I may have lost everything, but not my self-respect," he said.

These are all real situations that made people angry, and how they reacted to them.

Anger is quite complex. It has many relatives such as whining, addiction, guilt, crying, emotional blackmail, manipulation, fear, a martyr complex. Anger's intensity ranges from irritation to rage. Anger could have severe consequences.

In the last example, however, while the businessman could have gnashed his teeth after losing everything, he, instead, understood the laws of living: Nothing or no one can ever hurt you; you alone hurt yourself.

Losing awareness

British author, life coach, lecturer and consultant Mike George writes in his book "Don't Get Mad, Get Wise": "Anger is a sign that you have lost the awareness of the truth of 'Who am I?', and that something is blocking your access to the peace of your heart."

That anger is a natural, biological and physiological response that's part human survival (attributable to hormonal imbalances, aging) is a misconception.

"From a spiritual point of view, anger is never healthy, natural or useful," he says. "Anger destroys the ability to create meaningful relationships and consistently good work."

Anger stems from you desperately trying to change someone or something without success. You then project your anguish or inner discord through anger.

Instead of coming to terms with your demons, you delude yourself by forming an opinion and sentencing someone or a situation. In other words, you attack others, consciously or unconsciously.

George cites the three essential truths necessary to attain freedom from anger.
First, anger and hurt are self-created.

Second, those negative reactions are merely mistakes, and all human blunders can be rectified by truth. Mistakes are a form of illusion-a lack of knowledge.

Third, it is really the ego (the false impressions about yourself), not the "essential self," that is wounded. When you get attached to your perception of yourself, you become vulnerable when you see a person or a situation jeopardizing your self-image.

Say, someone criticizes you or calls you incompetent. Your ego is jeopardized and you become defensive.

"If you were not attached to the image of being Mr. or Ms Always Very Bright and Clever, being called stupid would not bother you. You might just disagree. In fact, you would respond from the sound self that, yes, sometimes you do things that are not sensible. But you are not a stupid person. Outcome? No mental disturbance, no pain, no hurt."

In truth, the person assailing or condemning you is also acting from his or her own hurts.
"They have an image of how they would like you to be or do. They are attached to that image... and when you do not act or be according to that image, they make themselves upset and hurt (and label you as difficult)," explains George.

Your own making

Remind yourself that your thoughts, behavior and personality are your doing. It's up to you to let a person or situation upset you. Attachment is the source of the pain.

"When you accept this, then truly you will realize you are the creator of all your own hurt... The only person that you need to forgive is yourself. Because you simply fell asleep to the true you," says George.

"You are not the image in your mind. You are you, the untouchable and undisturbable you, that is the source of constant peace, love and joy."

After what appears to be ages of anger, anxiety or pain, how do you link up with your true being?

Start by paying attention to reversing negative patterns and reinforcing quality thoughts. "Meditation is foremost-learning not to engage with your thoughts but to separate yourself from them, and then just observe them," says George.

His ground rules: stop worrying, doubting, replaying the past (even if it happened only a second ago), blaming the self or others, criticizing and catastrophizing.

"Allow them to pass, and you will find yourself becoming calmer and calmer and it will be as if inner peace will come to you," says George.

"Watch your thoughts and you will notice that they either go into the past or into the future. And you allow them to carry you with them... Most people are totally unaware of this, and as a result, only fully appreciate a small part of the present. If you learn to meditate, you will learn to be here and now. You will learn to know, feel and see and be at peace, in love, joyful and contented... now."

A unique 'Oneness Temple' that preaches universal love was inaugurated here in the presence tens of thousands of devotees.

It is at the '42-acre UniverCity', 80 km north of Chennai. The organisers claimed that Oneness UniverCity is a spiritual organisation focused on enlightenment and aimed at human beings' relief from inherent suffering.

'Our mission is to create a set of universally tolerant human beings whose re-engineered consciousness would accord form, structure, destiny and direction to today's world, thereby awakening man to oneness, resulting in individual and global transformation,' Acharya Samdarshinini, the spokesperson of the organisation, told reporters.

Founded by Sri Amma and Sri Bhagwan in 2002 on the outskirts of Chennai, the UniverCity houses a temple whose centrepiece is a 'Golden Ball of Divine Grace', which would lead to a series of neurobiological changes in the human brain creating higher levels of consciousness. The organisation has millions of followers in India as well as across the world and a full-fledged university in Fiji, a press communique said.'

The Doors to Oneness' is a seven-day process through an eight-fold path that leads believers into an awakened state by ending suffering and generating faith, joy, rapture, calm, bliss and concentration that finally results in the experience of the ultimate reality,' the release added.
