Aliens, ET, Crop Circles Prior To 2012

Aliens, extra terrestrials, UFOs, crop circles and 2012; one might ask what all of these words have in common?

The inclusion of these words in one title and one sentence is for a reason. We are learning about our own DNA and how we came to be here on earth. We are considered sentient intelligent beings and are considered the ascension humanoid kind. We sentient intelligent beings of the ascension humanoid kind have much in common with others who are of the sentient intelligent beings species not of this galaxy. Aliens are a word we use to describe those not of this planet's origin.

The ETs are those who are extra-terrestrial beings not of earth origin. UFOs are what we call the alien ET spacecraft. Crop circles are the signs that were left prior to the hoaxes. 2012 is the year that the Mayan calendar ends. December 21,2012 is the date that we all are recognized and recorded as one species on earth by alien ETs intelligent being species.

We are to be aware of our place in this meta-universe. Some need the truth spelled out. Faith in the future of a species is important. Other beings on earth in the past were assisted from time to time and if one desires to recognize the truth, there is truth in patterns left on earth as an exordium.

Many of us believe in aliens, ETs, ascension intelligent beings, and that they are the creators of the real original crop circles. We also believe that the aliens or ETs are ascension intelligent beings and that they are our creators. In other words, they are us. Some times the truth repeats it´s self as do we. The truth will set us free and there are many who are calling for those who know the truth about aliens and their UFOs to share the truth with everyone on earth. All beings should know the truth about the alien Et UFOs and crop circles. But, not all will recognize the truth. Part of being a creative spirit is having faith in that which cannot be seen or experienced in the physical as in existentialism.

There are many of us on earth who relate to those not of this earth. More than the powers that be want to admit to the general global population. There are more of us coming out and finding our voice. There are those who desire to know why we as one species one earth have been kept out of the loop on the knowledge of the aliens and the UFOs that we know exist. We want to know of all the alien civilizations that have come to earth in our past and are our alien ancestors. We have been told some truth in our past history but not all. There are some who still believe in the truth of books that are considered history books and historical documents that have been left behind in caves by others who have lived on earth prior. There are some who have learned parts of the truth and have begun to mix the truth with lies created by prior nations and government world leaders. There are some who have been lead astray by those who thought they were sharing their knowledge of the truth. This is still the way it is on earth. There are some who know only what their minds can allow them to believe as the truth because that is what they were taught to believe by others.

We are they who desire to know as much as we can about our human existence on earth. We desire to know who we are, what we are here to accomplish, when we are leaving, where we are going when we leave earth, and why we exist. Many of us who desire to believe in our own soul's spiritual ascension already know that there is documentation of other beings that have come before and left us information on how to obtain ascension. This was documented in the past on earth. Some may find truth in part of the Holy Bible and the Holy Quran along with other scriptures not in these sacred text books. There are many scriptures that were published as it is said in our past that were not allowed into these books which are treated as holy and sacred scriptures of the world's largest religions. For many beings, science has become a religion. The majority of beings on earth believe in one God and not many gods. One might say that the original beginning was God. Some say in the beginning was the big bang. The truth is these are simply words. Atheists and agnostics are the minority.

There has been mention of other beings in the past that were different on earth. Different in many ways in their time because they spoke of ascension beings, and there was mention of them leaving or being taken up. Some believe in a big bang theory.

What caused the big bang a double big bang if not something that existed prior? There is always something changing so it appears knowledge is simply theories and speculation and no one has come up with answers to all and everything. The theory of everything is still a wide open topic of intellectual conversation not just among academia scholars but by all. We are at a point in time on earth where we realize that there is much that we thought we knew and now realize that we didn't know at all. We have attached sounds to things and called sounds words. What do we really know?

We thought that the speed of light was as fast as we could comprehend in this universe and now all of that has changed. Most all that we learned in school in the twentieth century is changing. Just like the universe is in constant flux, so are we as one intelligent being species. We know this and we feel this more so now than ever before.

We are those who will define our new universe with others of our kind.

There are other sentient intelligent beings in other galaxies who are considered similar and quite possibly our ancestors or at least familiar with our ancestors and the history of earth. There are recorded words in the Holy Bible that God is spirit.

What are we to believe is truth in our religions and in our sciences? There has been documentation on earth about others who came and we are finding ancient cities and artifacts. Part of the truth in our stories on earth may be truth and another part may be missing. Our ancestors may have known that our ancestors have predicated a time on earth for those sentient intelligent beings on earth to regain the knowledge that has been lost through time. There has been a time created for revealing the truth and this is explained in ancient texts if one knows where to look for the truth. There is truth and there are signs of the truth. The Mayan calendar is one artifact that may lead us to the truth about 2012. We are to know the truth of our origin. There are some on earth now who know the truth, and some who know parts of the truth. There are many who work in positions of authority who think they know the truth. There are many who know parts of the truth but not all, not yet anyway.

There are many thoughts on whom or what has made the crop circles. It is documented that the original crop circles were prior to those first thought to have been made or created in 1978. We know that there is documentation on file of some made in 1975. There are pictures that were made by prior beings on earth that show the similar pictographs on stone in caves and elsewhere. There are so many new clues as to what has been shared with prior people of earth now for us to share and find once again. There are signs in art. There are UFOs in the art. There are aliens and ETs in the art. There are crop circles in the art. The answers that others knew in the past will now be presented once again as the all knowing truth. Truth comes back in many forms for those who desire to know the truth. This time, there will be no turning back for it is time for our species to progress and to claim our direction toward the ascension process and to become as others who have came and went before.

There are signs of reality in many places that share the truth with those who desire to know and seek our truth. We recognize that there are tricksters and those who have created some crop circles. Regardless of the truth, there are always copycats and those who will try to outwit others. We have creators of art. Some created crop circle artwork on land. There are some real alien crop circles created that can be seen from the air just as the pictographs that were left by beings on earth in the past. There are many questions left unanswered that are simple to those who understand the truth.

Twenty percent of the crop circles found since 1978 are considered real and without explanation. There are more than one explanation of the crop circles. Some crop circles are explained to exist in our ancient history. Are we ready to accept the truth as others in our past knew the truth to be? Are we educated beyond our own existence?

If our alien visitors turn out to be our creators will many beings on earth claim the truth to be fallacies based on their beliefs in science? What if our scientist taught some truth but not all? The same holds true to philosopher's and other disciplines. Are we to believe that we originated in the heavens, in space? The truth may be known already but we fail to see the truth because it is so simple. There are reasons for everything and there is a time and season on earth to know all. There is a time of knowing and revealing truth in all things. Maybe this is why we are here to become more like our creators who are much more intelligent beings than we are presently. We may be here to evolve as we revolve on planet earth through eternal progression.

Things change and so do we. We are here to learn the truth about our past, present, and future of earth. Those who know more of the truth may not want everyone to know the truth. There may be some who know only a part. Governments who have proprietary control of UFOs and dead alien bodies are controlling things placed here to be studied to bring about awareness for all beings. Discussion on earth about truth is power is now becoming an issue. Communication of truth requires others who have the truth and power to relinquish and share the knowledge and truth. Science and religion may be parts of the same truth. Words are simply sounds and descriptions of energy.

There are sentient intelligent beings on earth now that have access to energy communication devices. Sharing in the awareness of knowledge and communication of the truth should be known and shared by all. Knowledge to secrets should not be considered a privilege of the elite class or the controllers of governments. Not all presidents of the United States have been told the truth about the alien ETs, UFOs, or EBEs. Only certain people in the government with clearance levels with a need to know have some part of the truth but not all.

There is no one person alive who knows it all. The United States government did not tell all men who were to be President in the past. Some military knowledge was not shared with the Pentagon. Some knowledge is controlled by certain people. The earth intelligent beings are not as well informed as they think.

There are places where much knowledge is recorded but some has been destroyed and some was never put in the archives. Fifty years is a long time to keep military secrets. Some secrets were never recorded as truth. How many alien species not of earth origin do we know about in total if we compare all governments intelligence on earth? There may be over 57 species and counting. How many different types of UFOs are there?

Religions and governments of the world are realizing the power to keep the truth from the mass population of earth is not possible any longer. Some governments and religions do not know the whole truth. They will learn along with the mass population of earth. This is the age of revealing prior to 2012. The alien ET UFOs and crop circles are here to reveal what we are to know prior to 2012. Alien civilizations exist.

New Earth Rising: Hope Or A New Global Dream

Sufficient and workable individual and social solutions exist for the wide range of ecological, economic, social and personal ills facing the biosphere and humanity; and together they could herald in a new era of global ecological sustainability.

Long predicted Earth crises -- including climate change, water shortages, abject poverty, extreme weather, food shortages, over-population, biological homogenization, energy scarcity, diminished oceans, political instability and endless resource wars -- are unfolding as expected, and are converging into a new global ecological crisis of unprecedented magnitude. The fundamental root cause of this global crisis is that humans are destroying ecosystems necessary for all life.

Humanity has met and surpassed ecological limits. Failure to develop and implement profound personal and social change, adequate to respond to global ecosystems in mid-collapse, will have profound negative consequences for vast numbers of global citizens who are unable to meet basic needs including food, water, housing, education and health care. The task of our and all time is to find and implement sufficient solutions for the wide range of ills facing the biosphere and humanity. Ongoing arguments whether personal virtue or social enlightenment are the best strategies to promote are mute as frankly things are dire and we need lots of both.

Defining, personally embracing, and gaining social acceptance for a new global dream will require huge amounts of both personal and social change. Yet there is much to build upon, for even as the fateful hour of global ecological collapse nears, the Earth is blooming with responses to each of the symptomatic crises. From relocalized economies to community gardens, from having fewer children to better educating those we have, from driving less while living more richly where we find ourselves, by finding meaning in experience, knowledge and truth rather than competitive consumption, by rejecting ancient superstitions for an understanding that the Earth is alive and sacred -- a slowly awakening public is showing where there is knowledge and will there is hope. I see a new Earth rising.

New Earth Rising: Personal Redemption and Social Transformation

A new global dream of a sustainable, just and equitable world; where peace, truth and ecosystems are the foundation of fulfilling, experience rich lives, is emerging. We are witnessing a "New Earth Rising", a new global consciousness built upon profound individual awakening, that understands through science, intuition and direct observation that protection and restoration of ecological systems (with healthy doses of personal redemption and social transformation) is the meaning of life. This bright green Earth ethic needs to be nurtured to allow it to grow and prosper; displacing the corrosive, corrupt and unsustainable ethic of maximizing personal consumption at the expense of shared social values.

While the Earth and humanity will not emerge unscathed from the wide array of global ecological crises, there exist numerous well-known and well-studied personal and social changes that could dramatically increase the probability of humans, civilization, other species and the Earth surviving. In a globalized, interconnected world something as seemingly innocuous as eating, and how we meet other basic human needs, has profound meaning. What has been particularly lacking in addressing global crises is a comprehensive, integrated approach to all these issues; that seeks to develop and implement sufficient solutions.

New Earth Rising's global dream will stress working to protect and restore core ecological reserves globally while planting organic gardens locally, promoting incentives and sanctions to reduce population while personally reducing consumption, demanding urgent cessation of ecocidal and irredeemable industries such as coal and ancient forest logging while refusing to buy all Earth destroying products, urging investment to meet the full range of human needs for all while personally living rich and simple lives full of laughter and happiness, and the embrace of morality that stresses equity, fairness, sustainability and justice by and for all.

I have written extensively here regarding other elements of an ecologically based worldview, from which a fledgling think-tank named the Sustainability Solutions Initiative has emerged. As ecological limits continue to bite, responses of many types are possible. Technology has a place, but placing our full faith in a technological silver bullet is extremely dangerous because continuing advances are not assured, while unintended consequences are. Individuals and by extension society can dig in and prepare to use every last bit of fossil fuel and other non-renewable resources to prop up artificially high populations and living standards, or we can embrace a new dream of returning to the Earth's bounty, rhythms and limits.

The Earth's greatest remaining unknown is whether epidemic human populations will understand change is essential to survive, and begin to power down voluntarily. Personal inattentiveness is in fact a choice to push things to the very limit, completely undermining the biosphere and ensuring there remain few resources or ecosystems to allow any other type of decent life for humans and all species. As you awake to a New Earth Rising and help others to do so, be strong and resist small-minded ridicule and defensiveness. We are not only right, but together we are the Earth's future hope.

All this talk of ecological collapse may seem extreme, nonsense even. I would imagine that to communities in Darfur and the billions living on under $2 a day the apocalypse has arrived now. All it takes is one particularly bad harvest for these people to slip into starvation. Indeed, it is happening now. If we continue as we are the end of being is upon us. While I am saddened I try to not be afraid because positive individual and social change is possible, trends do not mean assured outcomes, and things can be different if we have vision, feel and care.

Real Spirituality

The technical and scientific tools to achieve global ecological sustainability must be informed by a new Earth ethic that is adequate to the times. The spirituality that is most real is found in our personal connection with the natural world and our responsibility toward her. I would suggest polytheistic ritual and worship of Gaia and nature, rejecting myths of ancient monotheistic gods that made the Earth and now sit in judgment of our every action, are a vital part of a New Earth Rising.

Many will continue to believe in ancient superstitions, and that is fine as long as you do not deny ecological fact, make your beliefs ecologically positive, and take responsibility for how your teachings are impacting these crises. Whatever your faith please consider yourselves stewards of the Earth, protect your habitat, be accountable and ethical, as you live up to the morals your god expects. While I still have doubts whether real fundamental change can come from within these structures, I challenge believers in ancient prophets to prove that accountability to an invisible creator is more likely to lead to an assured long-term future than humanity making informed, ecological science based policy decisions.

Whatever you believe, work on the big issues. Reject small easy victories for committing decisively to adequate solutions to the great issues of our day. And regardless if you win or lose, make a difference and do not be afraid to change. The Earth dramatically needs a small cadre of Earth peace-makers willing to do what it takes to save creation -- including partaking in revolution when other options are exhausted, and the need and opportunity arises.

Anyone thinking their life is going to remain unchanged by converging global crises that are fundamentally ecological in nature is delusional. Either you and your loved ones will be destroyed as ecosystems and society collapse, or how you live will be simplified as part of the global solution. It is hard to imagine how someone could be too radical regarding developing and rapidly propagating a new way of living to avert ecological crises destroying creation. Be the change.

New Earth: The Principle of Spiritual Energy Generation

As people become more interested in spirituality and how it can change the world and improve their lives, the understanding of spiritual energy becomes a key factor in their growth and development. This article explains the nature of spiritual energy and how it can be used in, for example, distance healing, world healing, or simply for enhancing meditation.

Like the principle of electrical generation, the principle of spiritual energy generation shows how a specific type of energy flow may be generated. In the case of electrical generation, a flow of electricity is created in a certain direction. In the case of spiritual energy generation, a flow of spiritual energy is created in a certain direction.

Spiritual energy is etheric energy conditioned by spiritual intent.

Etheric energy is a primary energy of the universe, while electric energy is a secondary, more dense form of energy. Etheric energy is also known by many other names around the world, including life energy, vital energy, prana, bioenergy, orgone, ki, chi or qi.

For the last 5,000 years in traditional Chinese medicine, the vital pathways of etheric energy in the human body have been balanced using the healing modality of acupuncture. More recently, the electrical genius Nikola Tesla produced vast quantities of etheric energy using, apparently, very high frequency electricity as a method of attracting etheric energy out of the atmosphere. Because its behavior is very different from regular electricity, he referred to it as 'cold electricity.'

Just as the atmosphere is filled with electrons, ready to be channeled through an electric generator, so is it also filled with etheric energy. All energies are supplied and replenished by the Sun, including the mental energy that forms the global mind atmosphere or mind belt around the Earth.

The mind belt is conditioned by the thoughts and emotions of mankind. Each person constantly attracts mental energy, conditions it by their thoughts and actions, and passes it back into the mind belt. Every one of us affects everyone else. A spiritual act - one which expresses unconditional love - by anyone anywhere upon the planet improves the mind belt of the whole planet. A destructive act by anyone anywhere upon the planet degrades the mind belt of the whole planet.

Etheric energy is a more subtle energy than electricity, and a more dense energy than mental energy. However, because of its vibrational proximity to mental energy, it responds readily to
applied mental pressure.

The human mind can, through visualization and intent, attract etheric energy, condition it in any way desired, and then direct it towards any desired objective.

In 1831, at the dawn of the electrical era, visionary scientist Michael Faraday published his discovery of the law of electromagnetic induction. This law, or principle, states that an electric current will be induced in a conductor when it is moved across a magnetic field.

At the time, it seemed like the strangest thing in the world. Moving a conductor forward across a magnetic field would invoke an electrical current sideways in the conductor. This discovery
showed that, with electrical generation, nothing happened in the same direction as anything else. All three directions in space were involved - a metal conductor that ran forward through a magnetic field that ran vertically, producing an electric current that ran sideways. It was truly awe-inspiring to those who saw this phenomenon clearly demonstrated for the first time. This discovery then opened the door to the generation of electricity in large quantities. As the idea was developed, electricity went on to replace steam as the working medium of the Industrial Revolution, and later gave birth to the field of electronics.

Today, the new frontier of discovery is in spiritual energy. Realizing that spiritual energy exists, and understanding how it can be attracted, conditioned and transferred, opens up a whole new realm of possibilities in mankind's use of all types of God-given energies.

Both electric energy and etheric energy respond to pressure. In the case of electrical energy, voltage is the measure of electrical pressure. The more voltage you have available, the more electrical energy you can move through a circuit. In the case of etheric energy, the application of pressure via mental intent is similar to the principle of voltage. The more intense your intent, the more etheric energy you will move toward your intended objective. For example, if you are sending distance healing energy to a friend at another location, the stronger the pressure of your applied intent, the more healing energy you can generate and transfer to them.

There is a key difference between plain, unconditioned, etheric energy and spiritual energy. Spiritual energy is etheric energy conditioned by spiritual intent. In order to achieve the spiritual conditioning of etheric energy and transform it into spiritual energy, the individual's consciousness has to first rise into the frequency range of spiritual consciousness.

In the human heart lies the doorway from material consciousness to spiritual consciousness. As explained in my book, "The Shift: The Revolution in Human Consciousness," there are two levels of heart-centered consciousness, and they resonate at different frequencies. It's a yin and yang
situation. The lower, passive level is heartfelt consciousness, where the person adjusts to the experience of unconditional love. The higher, active level is heart-powered consciousness, where the person puts that heart-centered awareness into action.

The doorway to spiritual consciousness is between those two levels of heart-centered awareness. There are two major tiers of human consciousness, each tier containing six stages. The basic tier has a materialistic focus and ranges from the earliest historical expression of human consciousness, all the way through the evolution of empowered action and achievement, and into heartfelt awareness. In this heartfelt state of consciousness, humans shift from supporting, for example, mindless commercial expansion into an awareness where the environment becomes an important issue.

Humans then progress into the second tier of six stages of human evolution. This is the spiritual tier and, by stepping into it, mankind today is making a quantum leap in awareness. This is the essential nature of The Shift that is transforming today's society. As each human spends more and more time in the spiritual tier, they engage in more and more heart-powered action, changing the world through applied unconditional love.

The average person in Western society today is still in the commercial expansion stage of consciousness, and yet with one foot very much planted in the heartfelt consciousness of ecology issues. Meanwhile, today's pioneers of The Shift are spending more and more time venturing into the spiritual tier of consciousness and, as a result, expanding the awareness of all of humanity.

In conclusion:

The generation of spiritual energy is carried out through spiritual intent applied to the universal supply of etheric energy. The spiritual tier of consciousness begins with heart-powered consciousness and is entered through the doorway of the heart. The degree of intent determines the amount of etheric energy that will be conditioned into spiritual energy. Intent is also used to direct the spiritual energy towards the desired objective, such as distance healing, world healing, or simply for enhancing meditation.

In summary:

The Principle of Spiritual Energy Generation states that spiritual energy is generated by the mental direction of etheric energy, conditioned by spiritual intent.

In my previous article on "2012 & The Secrets Of Dark Energy", I spoke about attending a talk at Lightworks, Kuala Lumpur by Alan & Margaret McElroy. Before her talk on "The Photon Energy, 2012 and YOU" started, she actually warned the thirty or more of us about energy (heat) emitted from her body. Since she is a channel, it was standard expectation. But what I didn't expect was to sweat profusely throughout the whole talk. I was pretty sure it was cool that night, you know with the A.C. at full-blast and the heavy rain outside.

I started feeling the heat about 10 minutes into her talk. Initially, I blamed it on the overhead lamp located about 3 feet above my head. But it just got worst. During the break, I switched place with my wife. But I continued feeling the heat. I checked with my wife after the talk was over and she said she barely felt the heat from the overhead lamp. Annie was laughing at me coz she said I'm as red as a lobster. Knowing her, her laughter was one of joy for me. She told me that I am actually receiving positive energy from her and the fact that I can feel it is because my body wants to receive it. A hint of progress on my spiritual path.

At the end of the talk, I hugged her when she was leaving the place. I was expecting to be "electrocuted". Instead, I felt cool and in a calming manner. It's like the feeling of a really cold shower after an intense hot afternoon. It was indeed an incredible night for me & for this, my gratitude to Annie Foo for welcoming me & my wife to Margaret's talk.

By the way, Annie & I agreed on one thing. We were really blessed by Margaret's generosity in sharing so, so much information in the span of 2 and a half hours. I will definitely look forward to her next visit.

Born in Nottingham, England in 1946, Margaret migrated to Australia in 1974. She did not open the door to her spiritual path until 1982, when she lived in Redcliffe, Queensland. “I wish I could say I saw people at the end of the bed, or heard voices, but I did not; I was a late psychic bloomer.” Margaret has said. In 1996 Margaret traveled to the USA for a holiday. It was here that she made the decision to change direction and concentrate on her teaching. During that year, she was given in meditation her highly successful Master of Metaphysics course. She returned home to New Zealand at the end of 1996. During the next four years, Margaret was again on radio, this time with Radio Fifeshire in Nelson, and on relocating to Taupo, on Kiss FM and Radio Lakeland.

Margaret has been featured in the New Zealand Woman’s Weekly, Rainbow News magazine, HER Business magazine, and many other newspapers and periodicals. She has written columns for the New Zealand Woman’s Weekly, Taupo Times, Taradale Times, and for Insight Magazine in Australia.

In June 1998, Margaret was asked by a large spiritual group within the United Nations in New York, The Society for Enlightenment and Transformation, to speak in trance channel to their group. This is a large group consisting of many diverse people from within the United Nations, ranging from Kofi Annan’s Secretary to the door man, and to be asked to address this group of many important people was a very special honor. Margaret addressed them on June 8, 1999. Margaret said this was one of the highlights of her career, and a few months later, she was informed that the speech she gave was deemed to be the best ever to be held at the United Nations group.

At the end of 1999, those she worked with in the world of spirit informed Margaret that she was to return to Australia and become more public. In early 2000 she was offered a monthly column with INSIGHT Magazine, one of Australia’s leading spiritual magazines, and continued her column until April 2001.

In 2004 Margaret met Alan McElroy when he attended her courses in Australia, and in July, 2005 they were married. Alan is also a trance channel and healer.

Margaret is now living in Bellevue, WA. USA. She has been instrumental in opening the very successful Australian Institute of Metaphysics in Queensland, Australia. Margaret has also created the Maitreya Educational Foundation in Seattle, USA, where the Corporate Offices of the Maitreya Foundation are located. One of her graduate students has opened the Maitreya Educational Foundation in the Netherlands. Plans are now in place for the creation of the San Diego Maitreya Foundation. The web site she founded with her spiritual mentor and teacher, Maitreya, is one of the most successful spiritual web sites on the Internet. The site currently has a viewing audience of over 3 million people per month from over 130 countries around the world. The web site is growing each day with those who are searching for metaphysical information. “There has never been such a thirst for metaphysical knowledge.” Margaret has said. Margaret and Alan are now hosts of a very popular radio show, “Sixth Sense”, on KKNW 1150 AM Monday – Wednesday at 10:00 am PST and Monday evening at 8:00 pm. They also do an Internet show in which Maitreya and other energies from the world of spirit are channeled. This show is broadcast on www.contacttalkradio.com each Wednesday from 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm PST.

I first read about Amorah Quan Yin three years ago in my journey to understand what was happening to all of us on this planet. She has written a few controversial books about the origins of the human race and on the changes to the planet leading up to 2012.

As a citizen of planet earth I frequently came across 2012. I have read many books and articles about this shift of the ages predicted by all religions and indigenous tribes throughout the planet.. Adeline, a good friend, has sent me a video about 2012 from Amorah's perspective which is very enlightening...and I agree with the message ...it is ultimately up to us. It appeals to the optimist in me.

2012 and The Secrets of Dark Energy

The year 2012 is a significant year to many different wisdoms and cultures and seen as a portal into "the golden age". According to the Mayan calendar, 2012 will mark the end of time (and the beginning of something New). The coming of the the new golden age is widely recognised among many spiritual authors, spiritual traditions and teachers. Amongst the many theories out there, the more popularly advocated is the theory on the acceleration of time and our consciousness. Barbara Hand Clow, a leading author on 2012, advocates how our own personal healing is the most important factor as we prepare to make this critical leap in human evolution - now referred to as the awakening of the World Mind.

Without going deeper into this theory of 2012 and time-acceleration, I would like to share the following article circulated by Margaret McElroy during a "an evening of Enlightenment with Margaret M: The Photon Energy, 2012 & YOU" which I attended last night at Lightworks, Kuala Lumpur. The article talks about scientists having found an unknown energy that is accelerating time although no reference is being made to the year 2012. It is still, however, an interesting read. I will blog about Margaret's talk soon.

What We Know About The Universe Is About To Change

The Secrets of Dark Energy

What if you wanted to count the number of people who live in the United States, but you could not move or communicate beyond your home?

You might start by counting the members of your family. By looking out a window, you could add your few dozen neighbors. Using binoculars, you might be able to tally all the buildings in your town and guess at the number of people in each. At that point, you’d have surveyed your known universe and everyone you could count in it. You could then construct a theory of why your world has this number of residents.

But how would you feel if you discovered that you had missed—by a huge factor—most of the people in the U.S.? That your picture of the larger world had been horribly incomplete?

In effect, this is what happened in 1998, when it became clear that the biggest part of our universe had been hidden for all of human history. Some fundamental aspect of our world had been missed and altogether unknown.

Scientists have long recognized that the universe has been growing larger since its origin 13.7 billion years ago in an extremely rapid expansion called the “Big Bang.” But we assumed that this expansion should be slowing down due to the pull of gravity. In 1998, however, two teams of astrophysicists discovered that the expansion is actually speeding up. They observed a mysterious form of “energy” that opposes gravity and is causing the galaxies throughout the universe to move apart faster and faster.

It’s as if you dropped this magazine and, instead of falling to the floor, it suddenly soared toward the ceiling. That would certainly signal the presence of an unexpected force of some kind. In the same way, the galaxies’ accelerated expansion signaled the presence of a previously unknown entity in the universe.

The discovery of “Dark Energy” is arguably the most important scientific breakthrough of the last 50 years. A full understanding of it eventually could have an effect on our daily lives.

But first, we have to figure out what exactly Dark Energy is. So far, we know only that it causes the expansion of the universe to speed up. We call it “dark” because we don’t directly see it. “ Dark” is code for “we have absolutely no clue what it is!”

Dark Energy is exciting for several reasons. Scientists have determined that Dark Energy makes up two-thirds of the universe. So, until we understand Dark Energy, we clearly cannot understand our universe. Also, Dark Energy was not predicted by standard theories of physics. That means our basic theories—our descriptions of elementary particles like electrons, neutrinos and quarks, and of the forces between them—need a major upgrade. Physics theories drive key parts of modern life, like electronics, engineering and medicine. Who knows what a more complete theory of physics could lead to?

We’ve been in this position before. Around the turn of the 20th century, physicists thought they understood nearly everything. Starting with Sir Isaac Newton’s brilliant theory of gravity in the 17th century, scientists had successfully explained one natural phenomenon after another—from motion to optics to heat, sound and finally, by the late 19th century, electromagnetism. But then radioactivity and subatomic particles like the electron were discovered, and these phenomena could be explained only with the invention of quantum mechanics—a new theory governing the physics of very tiny distances. At the time, quantum theory appeared to have little immediate practical value. Yet quantum mechanics dominates our daily lives today. It’s at the heart of computers, medical devices, cell phones, cameras, iPods and every other modern electronic device.

Now history seems to be repeating itself. Until very recently, we thought we were on the brink of understanding all of cosmology—then came Dark Energy. It is far too soon to know whether Dark Energy will fuel the economic engine of the 21st century the way quantum mechanics drove that of the last 50 years. But if history is a guide, it’s clear we’re on the brink of dramatic changes.

What excites me personally is how the discovery of Dark Energy illustrates that science is not a set of beliefs that one constructs. Instead, scientists observe nature, then develop theories that describe their observations. Science is driven by nature itself, and nature gives us no choice. It is what it is.

As new facts emerge, scientific theories can be proved wrong or in need of modification, but scientists cannot ignore them. Eventually the facts will lead to the right theory.

What’s next? NASA, the Department of Energy and the National Science Foundation have joined forces to plan space satellites and ground-based telescopes that will probe the properties of Dark Energy. What we observe about the history of Dark Energy light-years away will have huge implications for the future of the universe. If Dark Energy gets weaker, gravity could take over again and pull the universe back together. Scientists refer to this fate as the “Big Crunch.” If Dark Energy gets stronger with time, it eventually may pull apart the galaxies, stars and planets now held together by gravity. This is called the “Big Rip.” Or the universe could have an intermediate fate, expanding gradually to a vast, cold, empty place—called the “Big Chill.” When we understand Dark Energy, we will be able to predict which of these (or other) futures is most likely.

The answers are there, and I have no doubt that we will figure them out with the contributions of the smart young people now taking high school physics—though it may take a decade or two. We are now at the beginning of a great new adventure to push forward the frontiers of understanding.
